We are Staxi, the fixed price taxi. As our name suggests, we offer flat rates for each pre-booked taxi ride. That means:

✓ No call-out fee
✓ No surcharges
✓ No hidden costs

Most of our drivers have Amsterdam or Schiphol Airport as their primary working area. As a result, we’re never far from Haarlem to pick you up there. It’ll take about 20 minutes for a taxi to arrive in Haarlem. From there, we can take you anywhere! However, at this moment, we cannot provide rides that start ánd end within Haarlem.

Either way, you’ll get a fixed price upfront! If you’d also like to prepay for your ride, then book online or with the Staxi App. You can choose from many different payment methods.

Professional taxi service

Over 500 drivers are connected to Staxi. But, before they’re allowed to join our fleet, we invite them to follow an intake course at Staxi Academy. We inform them of our expectations and the required Staxi service level. Conversely, drivers learn what they can expect from us. With a driver rating, you can let us know if both Staxi and your driver did a good job!

Apart from ‘regular’ taxi services, we also offer more specific modes of transport:

Airport transfers – each month we provide transport to and from Schiphol Airport for more than 60.000 passengers

Wheelchair taxi – for transport by wheelchair taxi, we offer fixed rates as well

Staxi Lady – our newest taxi service, provided by female drivers, for anyone who prefers a lady at the wheel
