What Counts as Hand Luggage with Transavia?
Every Transavia ticket includes 1 piece of hand luggage up to 40 x 30 x 20 cm, such as a small backpack, laptop bag or handbag. You place it under the seat in front of you. The maximum total weight is 10 kg.
In addition, you are also allowed to bring:
- An umbrella
- A walking stick
- 1 bag with duty-free items
What Is Cabin Baggage at Transavia?
Want to bring more, like a trolley or travel bag? Then you’ll need to book cabin baggage separately. Maximum size: 55 x 40 x 25 cm. You’ll automatically get Priority Boarding. Important: your hand luggage and cabin baggage may not exceed 10 kg combined.

Transavia Liquids in Hand Luggage: What’s Allowed?
The standard EU liquid rules apply:
- Max. 100 ml per container

This applies to items like shampoo, sunscreen, creams, gels, pastes, and sprays. Medication and baby food are allowed, preferably with a doctor’s note if needed.
