Mokumflex goes further is an addition to our Mokumflex taxi service. With this addition, your Mokumflex taxi will take you outside of the Mokumflex area into the city or to Schiphol Airport. Find out how it works on this page!
Go further for a fixed price
With Mokumflex you can travel from stop to stop within the designated Mokumflex areas in Landelijk Noord (the red route on the map below) or Driemond (the blue route) for only € 2.50 per person. Users often travel to Gaasperplas Station or Amsterdam Noord Metro Station to continue their journey by public transport.
Staxi now offers the possibility to travel on to one of the five designated zones for a reduced fare. The flex taxi will then take you directly to your final destination.
- Zone 1: Noord & Zuidoost – Surcharge = € 15
- Zone 2: City Center & Oost – Surcharge = € 20
- Zone 3 : Oud West & Zuid – Surcharge = € 23
- Zone 4: Nieuw West – Surcharge = € 25
- Zone 5: Schiphol Airport – Surcharge = € 30
Not only can you extend your journey from a Mokumflex area into Amsterdam, but we can also pick you up in the city or from Schiphol Airport to take you back to a Mokumflex area for the same reduced fare. In any case: the ride has to start or end in a Mokumflex area.
Continuing travel from a Mokumflex area
- Enter your pick-up location;
- As a Mokumflex destination, fill in Metrostation Noord or Gaasperplas Metrostation;
- After entering your contact details, indicate which zone you are travelling to at Going further?
- In the text box next to My destination is, enter your final destination as follows: TO address of the final destination;
- The surcharge is automatically included in the total amount.
Travelling back to a Mokumflex area
- Enter Metrostation Noord or Gaasperplas Metrostation as the initial pick-up location;
- As your final destination, specify the stop you want to go to;
- After entering your contact details, indicate from which extension zone you are travelling back at Going further?
- In the text box next to My destination is, enter your actual pick-up location as follows: FROM address of the pick-up location;
- The surcharge is automatically included in the total amount.
Of course, you can also indicate by phone or WhatsApp that you would like to use Mokumflex for a ride to one of the extension zones.
